Order Processing Time

Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Estimated delivery times:

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product availability.
Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties once the package reaches your country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If your tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive your package:

Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early.
